We address sustainability in four areas: the energy-efficient solutions we offer our clients, our environmental practices on site, people and safety, and our contribution to society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Energy-Efficient Solutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Power factor correction:<\/strong> Systems that balance reactive power to reduce grid losses and reactive energy charges.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Efficient lighting:<\/strong> LED fittings, daylight- and motion-sensor lighting control.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Automation and monitoring:<\/strong> Measuring and controlling consumption through factory and smart building automation.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Correct sizing:<\/strong> Selecting the right cable cross-sections and transformer ratings based on voltage drop and loss calculations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, the <a href=\"\/en\/proje\/netlog-bursa-depo\/\">NETLOG Bursa Warehouse<\/a> project is, according to the client, an environmentally friendly logistics centre that emits 810,000 kg less CO\u2082 per year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Environment on Site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Separate collection of cable, copper, aluminium and metal scrap and sending it for recovery<\/li>\n\n<li>Delivery of packaging and hazardous waste (batteries, lamps, oils) to licensed companies<\/li>\n\n<li>Reducing material waste through accurate quantity take-offs and planned ordering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">People and Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The safety of everyone on site is our priority. For our rules and commitments, see our <a href=\"\/en\/is-sagligi-ve-guvenligi\/\">OHS Policy<\/a> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contribution to Society<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We contribute directly to society through the work we undertake in educational, public and social buildings: <a href=\"\/en\/proje\/ibb-beylikduzu-anaokulu-yuvamiz-istanbul\/\">IBB Beylikd\u00fcz\u00fc Kindergarten \u2013 Yuvam\u0131z \u0130stanbul<\/a> and the <a href=\"\/en\/proje\/turgev-kiz-ogrenci-yurdu-ve-cami-projesi\/\">T\u00fcrgev Ba\u015fak\u015fehir Girls' Dormitory<\/a> , home to 728 students, are two examples.
