(\"Aydem Elektrik\"), in our capacity as data controller, we process the personal data of job applicants in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (\"KVKK\") and related legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Personal Data Processed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identity (name, surname), contact details (telephone, e-mail, address), professional experience and education, and any other information you voluntarily share in your CV and the application form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Purposes of Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evaluating your application, contacting you about suitable positions, conducting interviews and making the hiring decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal Basis and Method of Collection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data are collected electronically or physically through the application form on our website, by e-mail or via CVs submitted in person, and are processed on the legal grounds of KVKK Art. 5\/2-(c) \"necessity for the establishment of a contract\" and Art. 5\/2-(f) \"legitimate interest of the data controller\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transfer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your personal data are shared only with our authorised employees to the extent required by the recruitment process and, where legally required, with competent public authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retention Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Data relating to unsuccessful applications are kept for a maximum of 1 year for consideration for future positions and are deleted or anonymised at the end of this period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK in writing to <a href=\"mailto:info@aydem.com.tr\">info@aydem.com.tr<\/a> or to Ak\u00e7aburgaz Mah. 3025.
