The shopping centre, to be built on 304,000 m\u00b2, will consist of two separate sections: a \u201cDesigner Outlet\u201d and a \u201cRetail Park\u201d. The Designer Outlet will rise on about 53,000 m\u00b2 with 298 leasable units, while the Retail Park will cover 61,000 m\u00b2 with 68 leasable units.
