Personal Data Processed
Identity (name, surname), contact details (telephone, e-mail, address), professional experience and education, and any other information you voluntarily share in your CV and the application form.
Purposes of Processing
Evaluating your application, contacting you about suitable positions, conducting interviews and making the hiring decision.
Legal Basis and Method of Collection
Your personal data are collected electronically or physically through the application form on our website, by e-mail or via CVs submitted in person, and are processed on the legal grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) "necessity for the establishment of a contract" and Art. 5/2-(f) "legitimate interest of the data controller".
Transfer
Your personal data are shared only with our authorised employees to the extent required by the recruitment process and, where legally required, with competent public authorities.
Retention Period
Data relating to unsuccessful applications are kept for a maximum of 1 year for consideration for future positions and are deleted or anonymised at the end of this period.
