In electrical work, a small oversight can have serious consequences. That is why we put occupational health and safety before the job and work in line with Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the ISO 45001 approach. Accordingly, we are committed to:
- complying with applicable OHS legislation and our clients' site rules;
- carrying out a risk assessment before every project starts and eliminating hazards at source or bringing them under control;
- minimising live working; applying lockout/tagout (LOTO) rules and never starting work without verifying the absence of voltage by measurement;
- carrying out high-risk work such as working at height, excavation and confined spaces under a permit-to-work system;
- providing all our employees with personal protective equipment suited to the job and compliant with standards (insulating gloves, arc-rated clothing, helmets, safety harnesses, etc.) and supervising its use;
- providing OHS training to our employees at induction and at regular intervals, and not allowing anyone without the required authorisation and certificates to carry out electrical work;
- encouraging the reporting of near misses and investigating every incident through root cause analysis;
- requiring our subcontractors to follow the same rules and auditing them;
- preparing emergency plans and keeping them up to date through drills;
- continuously improving our OHS performance by consulting our employees.
Basic Rules We Apply on Site

Permit to work
High-risk work does not start without a work permit and without an authorised person on site.
Stop and ask
Every employee who sees an unsafe situation has the right and the responsibility to stop the work.
