About the Project
The KAMPÜS İSTANBUL Project, located in the İhsaniye neighbourhood of Eyüp, Istanbul, is being built by Kalyon İnşaat.
The theme park to be built as part of the project is expected to welcome 2,000 visitors a day. The shopping centre, to be built on 304,000 m², will consist of two separate sections: a “Designer Outlet” and a “Retail Park”. The Designer Outlet will rise on about 53,000 m² with 298 leasable units, while the Retail Park will cover 61,000 m² with 68 leasable units. Construction is expected to take 20 months for the shopping centre, 19 months for the hotel and 14 months for the theme park.
