Located right next to İkitelli OSB, Türkiye’s largest organised industrial zone employing around 250,000 people, TİCARETHANE BAŞAKŞEHİR has 135 independent units and a total construction area of 54,231 m². Thanks to the option of combining units, unit sizes can meet every need.
The project includes workshops, technical areas, a shelter, a car park, storage, a grey water tank, a rainwater tank, a generator and a prayer room. The shops have a ceiling height of 7 metres and a column span of 8 metres.
